This EP was begun after having a panicky realisation that it was now December and I hadn't released any new music this year. Thematically it's drawing on my history-nerd research into the River Wear, which has been prompted by an animation project I have in mind and also family tree research I've previously done.

Stylistically, I guess it's an ambient record though I don't know how properly "ambient" it is really, as that's not something I listen to much. It's something a bit different for me anyway.
